L’initiation et l’enseignement de la musique classique indienne nous en apprend sur le design thinking. Après tout, la pratique de l’innovation existe depuis la nuit des temps…
The most important characteristics of Indian Classical Music are the following:
a) Improvisation (present moment awareness)
b) Going with the flow (flexibility and alertness)
c) Allowing others to have their say (listening)
d) Striking a natural conversation or dialog is the key (instruments talk to each other not debate)
e) Can only be enjoyed with an open and relaxed mind (generating theta to gamma brain waves in the brain)
f) Divided into 3 distinct parts — free improvisation, dialog and convergence to a climax (order and collaboration)
g) Primarily aimed as a tool for self development both for the players and the listeners (collective consciousness)
