Your work experience: I have 15 years of experience as a mechanical designer and project manager. I’ve worked in the manufacturing of specialized vehicles (ambulances) and of railway systems (train door opening systems) for most of my career.
Describe your day-to-day life at Triode in three words: Innovation. Involvement. Interesting.
What’s the most exciting part of your job? Our work environment is diverse, and we work in different fields. Each organization has its own way of working and it’s really interesting to see the different approaches taken by project management companies.
The (best) piece of advice you would give a client: Involve your team as much as possible. Delegate to the right people based on their strengths and tasks.
