We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of a new warehouse. As the first person on site, you will be responsible for the initial setup, implementation of processes, and day-to-day management of inventory and logistics activities with a small team (2–3 people).

Your Role — Warehouse Management

You will structure, organize, and oversee all warehouse activities to ensure an efficient and safe environment aligned with the company’s production and shipping needs. You will play a key role in establishing processes and supporting the continuous improvement of logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Setup and Organization

• Define the physical layout of the warehouse to optimize receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Implement labeling systems, shelving, and workflow processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with applicable standards.

Inventory and Material Handling

• Receive raw materials, verify documentation, and enter information into the system.
• Store materials in an organized manner and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
• Prepare materials for production based on daily requirements.
• Manage the storage of finished products and maintain required inventory levels.

Shipping and Outbound Operations

• Prepare shipments: packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers.

Operational Efficiency

• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

We are currently looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic specialized in In-Service Support (ISS) to support the lifecycle maintenance of military vehicles and specialized equipment.

Your Role — ISS Mission

• As part of our technical team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of essential equipment.
• Your work will directly support operational continuity while helping improve maintenance practices over time.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and Technical Support

• Perform maintenance and repairs on military heavy trucks and specialized equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues
• Conduct inspections, testing, and performance validations
• Ensure equipment remains mission-ready at all times

Logistics Support and Lifecycle Management

• Assist with inventory, parts tracking, and equipment handling
• Support configuration management and equipment traceability
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration

• Contribute to maintenance optimization and process improvements
• Share technical insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Lead various projects for Triode and its clients, including innovation, new product and service development, performance optimization, and other strategic projects
• Take on strategic support, training and coaching mandates according to level of experience
• Constantly monitor project performance according to quality, deadline and cost targets
• Ensure proactive risk management and constant communication with the various project stakeholders
