Your work experience: : I have over 20 years experience in project management, this experience is complimented by studies in policy analysis and economics. For over a decade I’ve managed contracts in Canada’s defence sector which demands meticulous attention to detail, stringent adherence to regulations, and effective coordination with governmental entities.

What’s the most exciting part of your job? The energy and creativity of working collaboratively to find the best solutions to the current challenges and improve routine systems and procedures.
The (best) piece of advice you would give a client: Be honest about your organization’s strengths and weaknesses; never be afraid to ask for help. Also, PLAN; research, define, build, and communicate your plan, then work the plan adapting when necessary, and persist through challenges.
